This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Vaquero Outdoors ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the first day of every month and ends on the last day of every month (the "Sweepstakes Period").

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by completing the online entry form accessed through the Sweepstakes QR code and providing a valid email address.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Vaquero Outdoors T-Shirt
• Vaquero Outdoors Sweatshirt (winner's chosen size)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $115.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about the last day of each month.

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner's name, likeness, city, state, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Email Communications

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Vaquero Outdoors. Participants may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link included in email communications.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and for administration of the Sweepstakes.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Disputes

Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
